Why this program?

Organisations and individuals are spread across numerous locations. It is inevitable that the structure of teams changes. Many managers are responsible for virtual and physical teams across geographies, even across different organisations.

Managing a team that speaks a foreign language is one of the most challenging tasks. Often these teams fail. Leaders face the usual challenges of managing a diverse group of individuals. They have to deal with the difficulties of getting people to perform regardless of whether they speak the language. Team members respond to their leaders and managers. As a manager or leader of a team, you need to know how to communicate effectively.

You don't need more management theory. You need practical skills.

This program assists those responsible for other people's performance to develop their English language vocabulary and communication skills. Upon completion, you will understand the essential methods to achieve this.

EXTRA IDEAS

👉🏻 Create a shortcut to the course, so you can easily log in every day. We will always provide you links in our communication to make this easier too.

👉🏻 When we study a foreign language, one of the best techniques is to mix your skill training (listening, reading, speaking, and writing) and train on these daily.

👉🏻This takes more time and requires you to either think deeply or interrupt your own language environment daily. This is intentional.

👉🏻It is especially important if you really want to improve your use of English in specific topics like Project Management.

👉🏻Practice and daily training has a cumulative effect. You might not notice improvements each day, but just keep training yourself and you will develop fluency in the subject.

👉🏻You will soon realize your vocabulary increases, your pronunciation improves, and you speak more fluently.
